Academy

Academy Player Form

All players must have an Academy form to be able to practice with or play in the Academy League.
The Academy Form is good from the date of registration until August 1, 2024.
Form isn't valid until registrar has verified player's birth certification.
New Players are required to create a New GotSport Account when they register.
After registration and payment, upload your player's birth certificate for the Registrar to verify.
Once verified, you must print your player's form to give to Academy Coach/Manager. The completed academy form will be in the player's profile under "Forms".
There are no refunds for Academy Only Players.

ACADEMY ONLY REGISTRATION

Home Association fee is $80 per player, per playing year.

Please note: A player can only be registered with one North Texas Soccer affiliated association. If the player will also be playing recreational soccer in another association, you will need to get your academy form from that association.
